Prenatal Support
During pregnancy, I provide emotional support, childbirth education, and guidance as you prepare for birth. Together, we'll discuss your questions, preferences, comfort measures, and what to expect during labor so you can feel informed and confident in your choices. I'll also be available by text, phone, and email throughout our time working together.
Labor & Birth Support
After your baby's arrival, I provide a postpartum follow-up visit to check in on your recovery, answer questions, and offer support as you adjust to life with your newborn. This is also an opportunity to reflect on your birth experience and ensure you have the resources and support you need moving forward.
Postpartum Follow Up
Throughout labor and birth, I offer continuous emotional, physical, and informational support tailored to your needs. Whether through comfort measures, encouragement, helping create a calm environment, or simply being a steady presence, my goal is to support you and your family throughout the birth experience.
